Automatic Payment Authorization Agreement

## 1. Purpose
This Automatic Payment Authorization Agreement governs a user's authorization for Wixxir to initiate, schedule, process, or facilitate automatic payment instructions through payment methods designated by the user within the Wixxir platform.
By enabling automatic payments, recurring payments, installment payments, scheduled payments, or similar functionality, the user agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
## 2. User Authorization
The user expressly authorizes Wixxir and its authorized payment service providers to initiate payment instructions using the payment method selected by the user for the purpose of fulfilling payment obligations approved through the Wixxir platform.
Such authorization may apply to:
* Installment payments;
* Recurring payments;
* Scheduled payments;
* Diginote-related payment obligations;
* Subscription fees;
* Platform service fees;
* Other payment obligations expressly approved by the user.
## 3. User Consent
Authorization may be provided through one or more methods including:
* OTP verification;
* Digital signature;
* Electronic confirmation;
* Account authentication;
* Payment authorization screens;
* Recurring payment enrollment;
* Other electronic consent mechanisms provided through the platform.
The user acknowledges that electronic records, audit logs, timestamps, authentication records, digital confirmations, and OTP verification records may serve as evidence of authorization.
## 4. User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for:
* Maintaining valid payment methods;
* Ensuring sufficient available funds or credit;
* Reviewing payment schedules and obligations;
* Updating payment information when necessary;
* Monitoring account activity and payment records.
Failure to maintain valid payment methods does not eliminate the user's underlying payment obligations.
## 5. Revocation of Authorization
Users may revoke future automatic payment authorizations through available account settings or by contacting Wixxir support, subject to reasonable processing periods.
Revocation will not affect:
* Payments already processed;
* Payments already authorized;
* Existing obligations that became due before revocation;
* Legal obligations arising from previously approved transactions.
## 6. Payment Processing
Wixxir may utilize third-party payment processors, payment gateways, financial institutions, card networks, banking partners, or other authorized service providers to process payment instructions.
Payment processing may be subject to additional terms imposed by the relevant payment provider.
## 7. No Credit or Financing Relationship
This authorization does not constitute:
* A loan;
* A credit facility;
* Financing;
* Lending;
* A banking relationship;
* A guarantee of payment.
Wixxir does not lend money, extend credit, guarantee payments, or assume responsibility for payment outcomes.
## 8. Limitation of Wixxir's Role
Wixxir's role is limited to facilitating authorized payment instructions and related technological processes.
Wixxir is not responsible for:
* Insufficient funds;
* Payment method declines;
* Bank actions;
* Card issuer decisions;
* Processing delays outside Wixxir's control;
* Third-party payment provider failures;
* Disputes relating to underlying transactions between users.

Wixxir may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of automatic payment functionality following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
