Wixxir's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Wixxir:
• Does not sell Google user data.
• Does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
• Does not use Google user data to create advertising profiles.
• Does not permit human access to Google user data except where necessary for support, security, legal compliance, or with user consent.

AI-assisted features may process user-provided content solely to provide requested functionality.
Wixxir does not use customer content, Diginotes, private transaction records, or Google User Data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models unless expressly disclosed and authorized.
Depending on the functionality used, Wixxir may request access to:

Permissions are requested only when required for specific features and may be managed through device settings.

Wixxir does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If Wixxir becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a minor in violation of applicable law, Wixxir will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
