Parties and Scope

Any Wixxir user may issue a Diginote to any other user in B2B, B2C, C2B, or C2C contexts.

Nature of Obligation

A Diginote is a private, unconditional promissory obligation solely between the parties.

Seller Delivery Reference

Where issued in connection with a product or service, delivery obligations are governed by the Seller Delivery & Diginote Suspension provisions.

Mutual Suspension

A Diginote may be suspended only by mutual consent of the parties in case of a delivery dispute.

Burden of Proof

Each party bears the burden of proving its claims regarding delivery or non-performance.

Platform Role

Wixxir is not a party to the Diginote and does not adjudicate disputes.

Governing Law

New York law applies.
