Wixxir Platform Master Agreement

*Legal Entity:* GPM Invest & Trade Inc. d/b/a Wixxir
## 1. Purpose
This Master Agreement governs access to and use of the Wixxir platform, websites, mobile applications, APIs, Diginote services, payment-related services, AI-assisted features, and related services provided by GPM Invest & Trade Inc. d/b/a Wixxir ("Wixxir").
By creating an account, accessing the Services, creating or signing a Diginote, authorizing payments, or otherwise using the platform, users agree to be bound by this Agreement and all related Wixxir policies.
## 2. Nature of the Platform
Wixxir is a technology platform that enables users and businesses to create, electronically sign, manage, transfer, endorse, assign, pledge, monitor, and store digital commitment documents known as Diginotes.
Wixxir provides technological infrastructure, recordkeeping functionality, communication tools, transaction management features, authentication services, and related platform capabilities.
## 3. Independent Relationships
All Diginotes, transactions, obligations, receivables, debts, sales, services, and agreements created through the platform remain private arrangements solely between the relevant parties.
Wixxir is not a party to any Diginote, debt, receivable, sale, service agreement, or other underlying transaction between users.
## 4. No Financial Services
Wixxir is not:
* A bank;
* A credit institution;
* A lender;
* A financing company;
* A payment institution;
* A money transmitter;
* A debt collection agency;
* A collection service provider;
* A guarantor;
* A surety;
* An escrow agent;
* An investment adviser;
* A broker or dealer.
Wixxir does not lend money, extend credit, guarantee payments, provide financing, collect debts on behalf of users, or assume responsibility for obligations between users.
## 5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
* Providing accurate information;
* Maintaining account security;
* Complying with applicable laws;
* Reviewing Diginotes and transactions before approval;
* Maintaining the confidentiality of authentication credentials;
* Monitoring account activity.
## 6. Platform Rules
Use of the Services is subject to Wixxir's policies, procedures, security requirements, transaction limits, verification requirements, and operational rules, as updated from time to time.
Wixxir reserves the right to restrict, suspend, review, or terminate access to the Services in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
## 7. Electronic Records
Users consent to the use of electronic records, electronic communications, digital signatures, OTP verifications, authentication records, and electronic transaction records in connection with the Services.
## 8. Governing Law
This Agreement and the relationship between Wixxir and its users shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
## 9. Relationship to Other Policies
This Agreement should be read together with Wixxir's:
* Privacy Policy;
* Diginote Agreement;
* Electronic Signature and OTP Agreement;
* Automatic Payment Authorization Agreement;
* Transaction Limits and Platform Rules;
* Risk and Responsibility;
* Seller Delivery and Customer Rights;
* Cookie Policy;
and any other policies published by Wixxir from time to time.

## 10. Changes
Wixxir may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Services following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
