Wixxir solely provides the technological infrastructure that enables users to create, manage, sign, store, monitor, process, transfer, endorse, assign, and display Diginote-related transactions digitally.
Wixxir does not lend money, provide credit, offer financing, guarantee payments, undertake payment obligations on behalf of users, or become a party to any debtor-creditor relationship.
Any payment obligation arising from a Diginote belongs exclusively to the individual or legal entity identified as the debtor within that Diginote.
Wixxir does not guarantee the validity, performance, collectability, enforceability, repayment, recovery, legality, commercial outcome, or legal outcome of any sale, service, commercial relationship, debt, receivable, Diginote, or legal obligation between users.
The creation, registration, storage, display, transfer, endorsement, assignment, pledge, or execution of a Diginote through the Wixxir platform does not constitute a guarantee that the underlying obligation will be fulfilled, paid, collected, enforced, or legally recognized.
All responsibility relating to payment, collection, delay, default, dispute resolution, legal proceedings, enforcement actions, contractual disagreements, delivery issues, service disputes, and the underlying debtor-creditor relationship remains solely with the relevant seller member, user member, debtor, creditor, holder, transferee, assignee, or other participating parties.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the identity, authority, reliability, solvency, creditworthiness, performance capability, and legal capacity of any party with whom they create, sign, accept, transfer, endorse, assign, or otherwise interact in relation to a Diginote.
Wixxir does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, collection, enforcement, credit, or professional advice. Any information, status, notification, record, system message, or platform display provided through Wixxir is for technological, administrative, and informational purposes only.
Diginotes are not securities, investment products, deposits, bonds, notes issued by Wixxir, financial instruments issued by Wixxir, or investment opportunities offered, sponsored, promoted, guaranteed, or underwritten by WIXxIR.
Wixxir’s role is strictly limited to providing a technology platform that facilitates the creation, execution, management, monitoring, transfer, endorsement, assignment, display, and storage of digital commitment documents in a secure electronic environment.
Wixxir is not a bank, credit institution, financing company, lending platform, payment institution, money transmitter, debt collection agency, collection service provider, guarantor, surety, broker, dealer, investment adviser, escrow agent, trustee, fiduciary, or investment services provider.
