Seller Delivery and Customer Rights Agreement

## Applicability

This Agreement applies only where a Seller provides products, services, digital goods, subscriptions, memberships, licenses, or other deliverables in connection with a Diginote created through the Wixxir platform.

## Seller Responsibility

The Seller is solely responsible for the delivery, performance, quality, legality, accuracy, completeness, and fulfillment of any product, service, or other obligation offered to a Customer.

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that any product or service description, pricing information, delivery terms, timelines, warranties, and related representations are accurate and lawful.

## Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, service terms, pricing, delivery conditions, and other information provided by the Seller before entering into a transaction.

Customers are responsible for promptly notifying the Seller of any delivery issue, service deficiency, or dispute relating to the underlying transaction.

## Delivery Disputes

In the event of a dispute relating to delivery, performance, quality, completion, or fulfillment of a product or service, the parties are encouraged to communicate directly and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Each party is responsible for maintaining and providing evidence supporting its position, including communications, invoices, delivery confirmations, contracts, receipts, screenshots, transaction records, or other relevant documentation.

## Wixxir Platform Role

Wixxir is not a seller, supplier, merchant, distributor, manufacturer, service provider, fulfillment provider, delivery provider, agent, representative, guarantor, or intermediary in any transaction between parties.

Wixxir does not verify, inspect, guarantee, endorse, certify, or monitor the quality, legality, safety, suitability, delivery, performance, or completion of any product or service offered by a Seller.

Wixxir does not adjudicate disputes, determine fault, evaluate evidence, issue legal decisions, provide arbitration services, or resolve disagreements between parties.

Any dispute relating to delivery, performance, quality, refunds, warranties, cancellations, returns, or other matters arising from the underlying transaction remains solely the responsibility of the relevant parties.

## Relationship to Diginotes

The existence of a delivery dispute does not automatically affect the validity, enforceability, ownership, transferability, endorsement, assignment, pledge, status, or legal effect of any Diginote.

Any rights, obligations, claims, or remedies relating to a Diginote remain subject to the applicable agreements and the relationship between the relevant parties.
