Wixxir may establish, maintain, modify, increase, decrease, suspend, or remove transaction limits applicable to user accounts in order to support the secure, balanced, responsible, and sustainable operation of the platform.
Transaction limits may be determined based on various factors, including account verification status, user-provided information, account activity, transaction history, payment performance, business information, financial information registered within the platform, platform usage patterns, risk assessments, and other criteria determined by Wixxir.
Users may not be permitted to create Diginotes, transfer Diginotes, endorse Diginotes, pledge Diginotes, or perform certain transactions beyond their assigned transaction limits.
Users may improve their account verification level by providing additional information, documentation, bank account information, payment instruments, business information, identity verification records, or other supporting information requested by WIXxIR. Transaction limits may be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
Wixxir reserves the right to conduct account reviews, verification procedures, and risk assessments at any time in order to protect platform security, users, and the integrity of the Wixxir ecosystem.
Certain transaction limits, restrictions, reviews, or account actions may be applied automatically through platform monitoring systems, security controls, fraud prevention measures, and risk management procedures.
If a Diginote remains unpaid after its due date, if a user violates platform rules, if suspicious activity is detected, or if circumstances arise that may negatively affect platform security, users, or the proper operation of the platform, Wixxir may take one or more of the following actions:
* Reduce transaction limits;
* Restrict or prevent the creation of new Diginotes;
* Restrict transfers, endorsements, assignments, pledges, or other Diginote-related activities;
* Apply temporary account restrictions;
* Request additional verification procedures;
* Temporarily suspend account access;
* Limit access to specific platform features;
* Reject, delay, review, or restrict certain transactions;
* Terminate membership or platform access where necessary.
Transaction limits and account privileges are provided at Wixxir's discretion and do not create any entitlement, vested right, or guarantee that any particular limit, feature, functionality, or level of access will remain available.
The application, modification, reduction, suspension, or removal of transaction limits does not constitute a determination regarding the legal validity of any Diginote, debt, receivable, obligation, transaction, or relationship between users.
These measures are implemented solely for platform administration, security, responsible usage, operational integrity, fraud prevention, and the protection of the Wixxir ecosystem and its users.
## Promotional Credits and Platform Usage Allowances
Wixxir may provide promotional credits, usage allowances, transaction limits, platform benefits, incentives, or other promotional features to users from time to time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such promotional credits, usage allowances, and limits:
* Do not constitute financial credit, loans, advances, financing, electronic money, stored value, deposits, or monetary instruments;
* Do not create any repayment obligation, debtor-creditor relationship, or entitlement to cash or cash equivalents;
* Are provided solely for promotional, operational, administrative, or platform usage purposes;
* Are non-withdrawable;
* Non-transferable outside the Wixxir platform;
* Non-assignable to third parties;
* Not redeemable for cash;
* Not legal tender;
* Not payment instruments outside the Wixxir platform.
Wixxir may modify, suspend, restrict, revoke, expire, or terminate promotional credits, usage allowances, benefits, incentives, or transaction limits at any time at its sole discretion.
Users acknowledge that promotional credits, usage allowances, and platform benefits do not constitute vested rights, accrued benefits, property interests, or guaranteed entitlements.
