CONSUMER INFORMATION FORM
This Consumer Information Form (“Form”); has been prepared by ………………………………………………………………………………………..(“Wixxir”), residing at …………………………………………………………………………….. to inform our users (“User”) who are consumers of Term Payment Services.
RIGHT TO COMPLAINT AND OBJECT
1.1. You can submit any complaints and objections regarding the services provided by Wixxir (“Service”) to the e-mail address info@wixxir.com and/or to the address provided in this Form by Wixxir via notary or registered mail.
1.2. Wixxir will respond to your complaints and objections with their reasons within 20 (twenty) days from the date of your application. If Wixxir does not respond to your application within 20 (twenty) days from the date of your application, you can apply to the arbitration board by filling out the relevant application form within 60 (sixty) days from the date of the response if you believe that the response given by Wixxir is not sufficient.
1.3. You can apply to the arbitration boards established under the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers ("Law") and other laws, without prejudice to the application rights granted to you in order to evaluate, analyze and resolve disputes that may arise between Wixxir and Users.
SECURITY AND PROTECTION MEASURES
We are making some suggestions below to ensure that you can obtain the services you receive from Wixxir more securely. As a conscious internet user, being informed about the issues we have specified below and taking your own precautions will allow you to benefit from the transactions you will perform over the internet more securely.
For your security;
· Do not trust links on other websites or e-mails and do not use these links for access
· Do not click on links whose source you are not sure of.
· In order not to be exposed to fraud attempts, do not share your account password with anyone, including Wixxir personnel. In case of suspicion of fraud, you should call our call center at 0 …………………………………. without wasting time and report the situation.
· Do not trust social media accounts and websites created by imitating the Wixxir name; and also e-mails or SMSs from sources you do not know and asking you to enter your personal information or password information.
· When determining your Wixxir password, in addition to the password security standards applied by Wixxir, do not create a password with information that can be guessed by others such as birth date, special days, special years.
· In order for security calls and notifications to be made regarding your Wixxir account to reach you, make sure that your phone number and e-mail address with Wixxir are up to date and update your information immediately if there is a change in this information.
· Check your account transactions at regular intervals. If you encounter a suspicious transaction, immediately inform Wixxir by sending an e-mail to info@wixxir.com.
· If your phone, to which an SMS password has been sent, is lost, stolen, or taken by force, you must immediately notify info@wixxir.com.
PRICING
You can access the fees for the services provided by Wixxir via the Monthly Limits and Fees Supplement on the Wixxir website. The pricing for the services provided by Wixxir is determined by considering cost and performance, and the necessary care is taken to ensure that the pricing is fair and transparent.
