Seller Delivery & Customer Rights Agreement – v2

Applicability

Applies only where a Seller provides a product or service in connection with a Diginote.

Seller bears sole responsibility for proper delivery or performance.

In case of a bona fide dispute, parties may mutually request suspension of the related Diginote.

Both parties must provide evidence supporting their respective positions.

Wixxir records mutual instructions but does not resolve disputes.

New York law applies.
