V6 Agreement Addendum – Usage Limits & Promotional Credits
Any limits or promotional credits allocated by Wixxir to Sellers and/or Customers:
Do not constitute financial credit, loans, advances, electronic money, or stored value.
Such limits and credits do not create any repayment obligation, debt relationship, or entitlement to cash or cash equivalents.
These limits and promotional credits are provided solely as operational and promotional usage allowances within the Wixxir platform, for the purpose of facilitating access to Wixxir’s products and services (including but not limited to Diginote and Wixxir partner services).
The limits and promotional credits:
Are non-withdrawable,
Non-transferable outside the Wixxir platform,
Non-assignable to third parties,
May not be used as legal tender, payment instruments, or monetary value outside Wixxir.
Wixxir reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate any usage limits or promotional credits based on duration, scope of use, user type (Seller or Customer), performance, or risk considerations.
The User acknowledges and agrees that any such limits or promotional credits do not constitute vested rights, claims, or accrued benefits, and remain subject at all times to Wixxir’s platform rules and usage conditions.
